It requires minimal stress, navigating, and effort, making for a relaxing hiking experience. There is a lovely pub with lots of outdoor seating and two cafes. The walk continues along the river on the Dales Way all the way to Linton church which can be accessed via stepping stones if the river isn't too high, or continue round through fields to the falls.
