Check whether you will be sharing the gel with another group. WebEnsure that the well protrusions on the E-PAGE™ gel are properly flattened using the De-bubbling Roller. To ensure the best blotting results, we recommend using the De-bubbling Roller with E-PAGE™ gels. If you use the Blotting Roller with E-PAGE™ gels, be sure to follow the recommendations on page 22 of the manual to obtain good results.
